Add writing samples
Samples teach the writers how you sound. Here's what to paste into each card and how many to add.
- Click Personalization in the sidebar and scroll to Writing Samples.
- Click Add on a card, paste your writing, and click Save.
- Do the same for the other cards you use.
What to paste in
- Blog Post Samples: 5 to 10 full blog posts, including titles and headings. Don't paste the recipe card.
- Caption Samples: about 10 of your best Instagram captions. Needed for Social Captions to sound like you.
- Newsletter Samples: 5 to 10 newsletters, or their main sections. The Email Newsletter writer matches their length and style.
Tip
Pick posts that sound like you now, not old ones you've outgrown.
Saving your first blog samples also creates your Voice & Tone Profile automatically.
Which tools use which samples?
- Blog Post samples: Blog Writer
- Caption samples: Social Captions
- Newsletter samples: Email Newsletter
All three shape your Voice & Tone Profile, which every tool reads.
How much can I paste?
Each sample type holds up to 150,000 characters.
Note
This is the first place Food Blog Studio uses AI. Connecting your blog and your Analytics numbers don't use it, and your Google data never goes to any AI model.
