Connect Raptive (beta)
Connect your Raptive account once and your ad earnings show up across Analytics, so you can tell which posts are worth updating and promoting first.
Beta
Raptive earnings are in beta. Pending Mediavine/Journey API.
Raptive earnings are available to everyone with Analytics.
What you'll see
- Home: Earnings and RPM next to your traffic in "How's your blog doing?"
- Traffic and each post's page: Earnings and RPM cards (Page RPM on a post's page) next to Views, Sessions, Search clicks, and CTR. Select a card to see its graph.
- Posts: Earnings and Page RPM columns, so you can sort every post by what it earns.
- Opportunities: what each post earns, beside its title, and a Sort by: Earns the most option so you can update your money posts first.
What you'll need
- Google connected first. Earnings line up with the posts from your Google data, so connect Google before Raptive.
- A Raptive account on a tier with Creator API access (Insider, Platinum, Platinum Elite, or Luminary).
- A Client ID and Secret from Raptive. Create them while signed in as your site's owner, so they can see your earnings reports.
We never ask for your Raptive password.
Connect Raptive
- In your Raptive dashboard, click your profile picture, then open Account Settings > Raptive Creator API.
- Create a new credential and name it Food Blog Studio, so you can remove just this one later. Raptive shows the secret only once.
- In Food Blog Studio, go to Personalization in the sidebar and scroll down to Ad Revenue.
- Paste your Client ID and Client Secret and click Connect Raptive. If your key sees more than one site, pick this blog under Pick your Raptive site.
Your recent earnings show up within a few minutes, and up to 24 months of history fills in on its own. After that, your earnings update automatically every day. Click Sync now on the card if you want the latest right away.
Raptive keys last a year. The card reminds you a month before yours expires: make a new one in Raptive and paste it in.
Having trouble connecting?
- "Raptive didn't accept that Client ID and Secret." Check you copied both in full, or make a new one in Raptive.
- "Your Raptive login can't see these reports." Create the key while signed in as the site's owner.
- "That key works, but Raptive lists no sites for it." Make a new key while signed in as the site's owner.
- "Connect Google in the Analytics section above first." Connect Google, then come back to Ad Revenue.
- "Raptive stopped accepting this key." Keys expire after a year, or it may have been deleted in Raptive. Make a new one and paste it in. Your loaded earnings are kept.
- Can't find Raptive Creator API? It's only on the tiers listed above.
Your earnings stay private
- Your earnings are shown only to you. Other members never see them.
- They're never sent to any AI model.
- Your Client ID and Secret are stored encrypted.
- Disconnect stops syncing and deletes your key. Your earnings stay. Disconnect & delete earnings also deletes your earnings; click Disconnect & delete to confirm.
